The COLOSSAL Anniversary Ale is a rich, full-bodied ale that pours a deep mahogany color and is accentuated by ruby highlights. The beer features flavors of dried fruit and toffee which are complemented by a subtle hop presence. This beer is intentionally crafted to be cellared for months, or even years.
In addition to COLOSSAL, we are also releasing a new Italian Pilsner, il Palio: Inspired by the famed Palio di Siena, a historic horse race that dates back to the 17th century, il Palio embodies the essence of this thrilling competition.
