Join us in kicking-off our anniversary weekend with two new beer releases!
IL PALIO: Inspired by the famed Palio di Siena, a historic horse race that dates back to the 17th century, il Palio, an Italian Pilsner, embodies the essence of this thrilling competition. The beer pours a brilliant straw blonde, hopped with Saphir and Adeena hops, the aroma and flavor is a rhythmic blend of citrus and herbal notes.
COLOSSAL Anniversary Ale: A rich, full-bodied ale that pours a deep mahogany color and is accentuated by ruby highlights. The beer features flavors of dried fruit and toffee which are complemented by a subtle hop presence. This beer is intentionally crafted to be cellared for months, or even years.
These beers will be tapped at Noon on Friday, but if you want to try some exclusive barrel-aged versions of past COLOSSALs we'll see you on Saturday 2/3 for our full anniversary celebration with live music and more!
COLOSSAL & il Palio will be available on draft and in package to go: 6-pack bottles and 4-pack 16oz cans, respectively.
